After the Session
Almost immediately after your session, I will get right to work finishing your portraits. With your permission, I may post a sneak peak on our blog or facebook page (if you would like me to tag you in the image, please send a friend request my way!).
Within 3-4 weeks of your session, we will contact you to set up a convenient time for your two day online image preview and your in studio design and ordering consultation (if you so desire).
Online image previews are presented through our custom website, and are scheduled for the two days prior to your ordering session. This way, you are able to view your images in the comfort of your own home, and begin to narrow down your favorites. The online gallery is also completely sharable with family and friends near and far. Because we want to be sure all of our clients have access to their private preview galleries, we do maintain strict time lines. When we have too many galleries active at one time, it can substantially slow down the image viewing, which is why we schedule the viewings in advance. Thank you in advance for respecting our other clients and our workflow, and for making your selections in a timely manner.
The in person design and ordering consultation is a luxurious treat, and by far our favorite way to help you select your favorite images. Please keep in mind that monitors vary, and viewing your images on your home monitor may not represent their color accurately. Together, we can sort through all of your images, and quickly determine your favorite selections. We view your images using our state of the art software, and take all of the guess work away. In fact, if you email us images of your walls at home, we can project exactly what your images look like on your own walls. During our consult, we can design your album together, as well as your complimentary announcements. In studio ordering provides the ultimate experience, and we strongly recommend that you take advantage of our service.
Alternatively, we completely understand the challenges of juggling multiple schedules in a home, and we are happy to offer alternative methods for your design consultation and order placement.
