What better way to celebrate mother’s day than to showcase a session all dedicated to one Mom? Nine beautiful children, one happy photographer, and a gorgeous Chicago day - I hope that Grandma has as much fun looking at these images as I did creating them for her. Enjoy your day, all of you fellow Mothers out there- YOU deserve it.

This shoot was special for me for a number of reasons. It was one of the inaugural shoots in our new studio (yipee!). More importantly, this five year old has such a personality - he cracked me up. Hello, blog readers! Tonight we have another post - two posts on the same day - a record for me! I am pleased to indroduce one of my newest friends - a cousin of the baby below. This little guy is a sweetheart, and I was thrilled to get to meet him — and wait until you see his eyelashes!!!!

This little sweet boy lives right around the corner from me — and
neither of us had any idea until it was time for the shoot! Not only
was it a pleasure to photograph a babe with such stunning eyes, it was
also so nice to meet a new neighbor. Enjoy the peak!

This new mom and dad are both glowing as they expect their first child. I love maternity images,as it is one of the greatest times in a couple’s life, and I am always honored to be a part of it. I hope you can see in their images how happy and bright this couple is. Best wishes!!!
